The Take Control of Your Life System

Most often people seek a coach or coaching program because they have a specific problem that they want to address, or an area in their life where they feel inadequate and wish improvement.  There are numerous programs on the market that will do just that, but at times they can feel a little bit like the “the flavor of the day” and as a result don’t always have the desired long term results.

We approach coaching and this coaching program more holistically.  We believe that many times the things that are troubling us about our lives are really the symptoms of incongruence between the conscious and unconscious values or beliefs that we hold and the outcome that we are trying to achieve.  This proprietary program has been developed based on our own personal experience, our training and research and we know that it will make a huge impact in not only the area that you seek to improve, but also all areas including your relationships, work performance, personal health and confidence.

The following provides a brief outline of the steps in the program.  

The System

1. Identify the sources of tension and struggle in your life.

We examine where in your life you are receiving the greatest pleasure and where specifically you would like to make improvements.  Essentially, we take an inventory of your life as it is today.

2. Recapture your dreams and aspirations

We examine what you are seeking in your life and assist you in reconnecting with the dreams and aspirations that you hold.  Depending on the reason that you have signed up will often dictate where you would like to see change, however in this step we will explore the ecological impact those changes could make in other areas of your life.  We want to ensure that your growth is positive and has a built in support system from the beginning in order to guarantee success.

3. Recognize your value map

We examine your core values in order to understand their impacts on relationships, on your beliefs about yourself and your model of the world around you.  As part in understanding your personal values, you learn specific techniques that will help you objectively explore your own approach to situations and events, and consistently create positive outcomes from those daily events.

4. Define what you believe

We explore the impact that our personal beliefs have on us getting what we want out of life, on our relationships at home and in the workplace, on our own personal health, etc.  We start the process of taking stock of both the beliefs that may limit you and those that help you to be the person that you are.

5. Get clear about what is holding you back

We dig deeper in the area of values and beliefs by exploring areas such as; your relationships, your environment, the secrets that you keep, etc. in order to get to the root of what is holding you back unconsciously.  In digging into these areas it allows you to address the negative emotions and limiting beliefs that are holding you back from achieving your goals.

6. Create your empowering belief system

Now that we have defined your beliefs, it is time to change those that are limiting you and to create new ones that will propel you to the level of success that you have always dreamt of.

7. Embrace your personal power in creating your success

In this step we will share with you a number of techniques that can be used to keep you on track to meeting your goals.  Many of these techniques are used by top executives, management and professional athletes in leading extraordinary lives every day.
