Before I started working with Jeff and Cathy I was a person who was completely lost. I was a negative person who was depressed and jealous of everyone and all of the things they had. My self confidence was very low and I was unhappy with my life.
My first few sessions with Jeff I thought to myself this stuff is never going to work and I was just wasting my time. Jeff just told me to give it time, and open your mind to it, and to release myself to it and things will begin to change for me.
I soon realized I was beginning to see life in a different way. I was more relaxed and happier, my anger and jealousy disappeared. Things like money, work, relationships and what people thought of me did not bother me anymore.
I began to look at life in a different way, I was enjoying the little things in life that we all take for granted, and I was appreciating everything life had to offer. I soon found myself happier than I ever before, and my self confidence was sky rocketing. I was so confident that I took myself of the anti depressants that I had come to depend on for over 13 years, and the results are amazing. I have more energy and I think more clearly. With the new energy I started to exercise and have now lost over 35 lbs of weight – I am now 7 lbs from my goal weight!
I find now each day is a new experience, and I take advantage of all new opportunities available to me. I have learned so much about myself, and I really enjoy every bit of the new me. Many people ask me if it was worth it, and would I do it all again. From my story, you can imagine, I tell them that with Jeff and NLP I would do this all over again in a heart beat!
